Return/Exchange Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. A copy of the Return/Exchange form should also be included in all shipments.

You may return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Products should be in original packaging with Return/Exchange form and original receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that are not in resell able condition or have been used.

Returns without a receipt or invoice may only be returned for a store credit. Other returns will be credited to your credit card account, minus original shipping costs.

Sales Tax

Per Massachusetts state law, 5% sales tax will be applied to all purchases within Massachusetts. Shipping and Handling are included in the total sale and will be applied accordingly.
