Kirsten Eichenauer:
I was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. I came to New England for the ocean and the art world. I studied Fine Art at Gordon College, and during this time I developed relationships with young children through childcare jobs. I discovered that I love making art with kids and am continually amazed by young imagination. I currently live in Beverly and enjoy oil painting, vegetarian cooking, music, and playing make believe with kids I wish were my own!
Rachel Van Wylen:
I was born in Holland, Michigan and spent my childhood there. Six years ago I moved to New England to study Fine Art and English at Gordon College. After graduating, I went to the New York Academy of Art, where I received my MFA in painting. Currently I teach art at Beacon Christian Academy. If you want to see the art projects I have done with children (or my own work!) check out my website at www.rachelvanwylen.com.
